You need to have the admin password for the box

save as f9.ini in
c:\Program Files\Croteam\Serious Sam - The Second Encounter\Scripts\Commands

and in
c:\Program Files\Croteam\Serious Sam - The Second Encounter\Scripts\Game_startup.ini
have a LoadCommands();
