You have to go into WinZip and extract all the files into the general Serious Sam SE folder ;)

Well they&#39;re extracted but there are so many subfolders and like five files in each one. What do I do with all of those? Or do I just stick the whole folder in SSam and it will work?

yeah, when extracting the entire directory structure needs to go into the ssam II folder,
i&#39;ll try it later to see if there are any issues

don&#39;t know, but remember that skins are mostly for your own viewing pleasure
(& screenshots) if another person doesn&#39;t have the skin, then you will be
serious sam, and many people turn skins off (no more crouching in the shadows)

BTW: gro files are really zip files. If you rename the *.zip to a *.gro,
you can put it in the SS II directory without unzipping
it, and SSAM can use the files directly. This probably works for most stuff like this.
