I'd hope that it would happen. Then they COULD have a netcode that ya know, ummm like WORKS!! Burn Croteam. O wtw, I started playing sam about this time last year, and I remember reading that they said it would only be a couple more weeks till the netcode and that were to be released. Umm well, here we are, almost a year later.

Maybe they should just release the netcode publically, so then some people with some real skills can write the netcode. Even if I had 5% less lag, then that would be a tons more way better then 1.50 JOKE that came out :rolleyes:

I'm sorry, but Croteam LLC left the Sam players high and dry! Made a cool game, but never finished it! I give the SS players credit for toughing it out with a lousey net code. But the best thing that could happen would be if another company would finish SSSE, IMWO.

it's a joke. google news doesn't find it, and they say the wording comes from the Microsoft Bungie announcement.
alas, no fix for the netcode. dunno, it seems like they have a great product, but they haven't been able to
do much with it on their own (esp when you buy the games for 9.95 at walmart).
