there's this really hot girl at school and i want to go out with her...she is popular and i'm not...i want to call her and ask her out but i don't know how...i don't know if she likes me but i'll give it a try....what should i say???? you have 45 minutes....starting NOW!

Be careful, you are possibly setting yourself up for dissappointment and worse yet embarassment.

You may want to talk to her a little more in person than over the phone. Women want a man who is sure of himself. Using a phone gives her a way to blow you off (no pun intended) and not take you seriously.

If you do want to talk to her in person, MAKE SURE you do it when her friends ARE NOT around. Get a little 1on1 session with her... so you can REALLY get a 1on1 session later&#33; ;)

You need to show her how sweet you are and just fool around with her, dont be all obsessed with her and keep telling her you love her so much and you would love to go out with her. Call her up on the phone once in a while and talk to her, get to know her, get close to her. Then ask her out when the time is right, you 2 are alone like on a bench near the beach together lookin at the sunset, their she will be really mushy and vulnerable so ask her out like Chico said, but make it like "Movies" instead of dinner ;) since your so young.
