I bought a PNY Verto GeForce 4 ti 4600 off Ebay for 181 and apprently the guy is a fraud and ran off with a bunch of peoples money including mine. Is there any way to get compensation or anything like that man I'm pissed off. Worse then that I don't even get a new graphics card! Oh yeah Optimus I'm not to sure I'm gonna be able to buy that game off you it depends. I might need the money and or if Ebay doesn't do something to satisfy me I'm going to immediatly delete my account and never use it again. Sorry OP but I don't like getting jibbed nearly 200 bucks! :bandhead:

The only thing I would suggest would be to contact ebay about it. Maybe they can do something, but who knows. That sucks Rivers

I could swear that eBay has some sort of protection for this stuff. Can you stop payment on your check or cancel the CC charge?

There is some sort of weird eligiblity requirement thing that I can do but I have to wait till 30 days after the auctions end and luckly I don't have a negative so I quailfy but they don't reimberse everything only a portion and well I just got jipped dammit. And I sent a money order so it can't be taken back. :bawling:

yeah, unfortunately a lot of people make a living off of initially being
reputable sellers and then moving to selling lots of high dollar stuff
and then taking the money and running. sorry to hear it happened
to you, it really burns.

Sorry to hear that Rivers. Good luck, I would think Ebay would be of some help, although the money order part makes it tough.
