Well we could offer space on our servers but I don't think there is a way for me to limit bandwidth transfer. I'll look into it.

Actually, I wouldn't care if you limited the links to GM only, and prevented hot linking from other domains. Any pics or avatars I'd upload would only be used here anyway.
