But if me or someone do it more, server will start lagging for some seconds.

hey, for testing,
start your own server, fragmatch, make it private,
and test all you want, fix it to how you like it.
There is nothing that you can do on a public server
that you can't do on your own.
that way everybody stays happy

and test all you want, fix it to how you like it.
