instagib and other mods

How come no one plays instagib or boot or all those other mods. I would like someone to start a game.

a couple of them are cool. i found an instagib once, and that was fine.
I like dance's world. I did a coop once and it was much more fun,
don't know what it would be like for a DM though, probably run too
fast for most of the maps.
