I got it with Icewind Dale and wonder if anyone can tell me something about it.

It's a special cheap edition, you get 2 games for 15 Euros. I bought Baldur's Gate + Addon and Icewind Dale + Art of Magic (still cheap if u only want Icewind Dale, and I thought maybe this Art of Magic is fun). This packs are called White Label Double Packs.

It&#39;s an english game and I think it was not really successful. I haven&#39;t heard of it before in Germany, it was released 2000 or 2001.
I would have wanted the expansion pack to icewind dale too but well that would have been moch more expensive and not so easy to get :(

I&#39;ve heard of that Magic and Mayhem thing, I played a demo when I was ooh, 12 or 13, so about 5 years ago, remindeds me of Dungeon Siege a little, I don&#39;t think it was all that great.

Hey, Baldurs Gate is a cool game, let me give you a tip, without spoiling the plot (which is a good plot, natch)

When you reach the bottom of the ***** and fight the ****** and the 2 red ****** ******** its very very HARD, but keep at it and if you keep failing, eventually the game will ****** the 2 red ***** ********, so save and before you fight the ******* make sure that you have some Dispel Magic saved up so Imoen can actually hit him because of his ****** otherwise you will be up **** creek without a paddle :w00t:

Icewind Dale isnt so good, well actually, it was tonnes of fun until I did something at the end which basically meant I couldnt beat the final boss.

I beg you though, finish Baldurs Gate and the expansion, then get Baldurs Gate 2: Shadows of Amn and Tower of Bhaal to finish off your heroes story.

Baldur&#39;s Gate is a little slow so far, hopefully it will pick up steam....

Baldurs Gate, just stick it out past the first Mine with the Kobolds, the story will pull you in after that.

Baldurs Gate 1 was fun, but the bad guy in BG 2 was really, really REALLY REALLY OMFG EVIL&#33; He and his bitch sister, he gives me the creeps, he does some seriously nasty **** in the sequel&#33;

and Baldurs Gate 2 is much harder, while BG 1 has like Goblins, Kobolds and Ettercaps, Trolls maybe, BG 2 has Golems, Giants, Drow (Dark Elves), some BIG Dragons and the aformentioned creeeepy guy.
