Right now I have compression=2 and maxbps set to 4000. It seems to be ok but it seems to F9 people more than usual. Does the compression have something to do with this? Here is the speed test from DC to LA on DSL reports. They claim their test only works up to 5mb lines so I think it is actually alot more then that.
WOW! That ought to make for a really kick-butt server. Actually I've been getting F9's more than usual lately on all the servers. :WTF:

From what I remember, compression is dependent on your processor mostly. It just determines how compressed the data is that it send out. The maxBPS sounds a little low. Try uping it to 4500 or 5000.

Also, when we ran the Detroit server, we had compression at 0 or 1 and that seemed smooth for most people.
