That is "katsuobushi".

It dries a bonito, and that is shaved and made.

As for a feeling of katsuobushiEEE. :hmmm:

yeah, I love it, but it is one of those things
I have to stay away from, otherwise it would
be very bad for me. the okonomiyaki looks

indicates it is a mixture between our pancakes
and pizza, and means "as you like".

Oh, he sneezed....sorry about that :P

In America it is often spelled weisswurst. They are damn good. Many butcher shops in St Louis carry them (a lot of German ancestory in this town).
