I am a recovering audio/stereophile myself. Back when I was working (in school now), I spent most of my money on home theater stuff. The prize piece of my collection is a Velodyne Subwoofer. It has a 15&#39;&#39; passive downfiring with an active front firing 12&#39;&#39;. The amp is rated at 725W peak. Lets just say that it can get my little one BR apartment hoppin&#39;&#33;&#33; We&#39;re talkin&#39; about hitting down to about 25Hz. Linkie (http://www.velodyne.com/images/discog/va3b.jpg)

Top it off with Bose Acoustimass cubes x 5 and add a 32&#39;&#39; Sony Wega flatscreen and you&#39;ve got most of my net worth. :P
