1lb chicken breasts diced
1lb broccoli flourets
1 Jar Pasta sauce
1 box tri-color spirals
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp XV Olive Oil
1/4 cup water

Boil pasta noodles while chopping broccoli and chicken. Add oil to skillet. Heat then add garlic. Let cook for 1 minute. Add chicken to sear, then lower heat and add broccoli and water. Cover.

Drain noodles when done. Add sauce to skillet and turn heat back up. Add pasta to skillet, then let cook for 1 minute. Lower heat to simmer, cover, let cook for 5 minutes.

Enjoy.

Yeah, basically my job requires me to listen to the radio, record some things, do the weather and sports reports, and maintain the computers.

I spend about 45 minutes a day actually *working*. The rest of the time I'm just there in case something breaks. We can have no downtime.

While I'm sitting there waiting for a computer to explode or a transmitter to catch on fire, I watch Food Network. It's taught me a few things.

Me too!!! Camus cooks way better than me!! wub I can cook, I am just VERY disorganized about it. I have a whole lot of trouble getting everything to be done at the same time... :wacko:

Grilled cheese is one of the few things I do because he hates buttering all that bread... :rolleyes:

Sauron is a good cook too (although he wouldn&#39;t like the broccoli :unsure: )

Most of the time he makes the meat and I make the rest. Cooking together is really fun :jammin:

But sometimes he cookes for me alone :D wub

Oh yeah, lots of family. I&#39;ll be in San Antonio this summer though. Doing pushups and pulling KP duty no doubt.

I hope to be in the Air Force by June.

I wish I could go back to Oil City. I loved living right on Caddo Lake. It&#39;s too bad there aren&#39;t any hightech jobs.
