go tmy cable, works nice, but it's lagging out on the servers. Is there anyway to restart it or reconnect a cable modem?

Reboot a cable modem by unplugging the power for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.

you can reboot it. Unplug it for like 5-10 seconds and then plug it back in and it will reboot. Other then that, well don't know much about them, other then they are fast

strider, i know this for a fact. if you connect to a game server with high connection speed you will get lag. i usually have to choose 56k modem before i enter a game. i would bet i have one of the fastest connections that play this damned game and i get lag all the time. the only thing i can guess is maybe there is a problem with the netcode. what do you guys think of that assumption?

Strider try playing another game and see if you get lag, it's probably SSSE crappy net code!

Cable or 56k.... doesn't matter so much in Serious Sam... I've noticed it myself...
