My Lag effect

This is one of the lag effect I got...

getting stuck in mid air while I was jumping from one side to the other... :WTF:

a second later I found myself next to the small tower on the ground :bandhead:

Remember, i was played too, :bandhead: Fc...ing LAGS. :bandhead: My ping every time is about 300 and more, but why i have lags? Maybe someone joined with 33Kb connection or less? :hmmm:
