Can someone help me with the serious runner, when I set it up and it starts the server it show me a upd error cannot bind soccet error 10049??

Don't know anything about serious runner, but do you have any type of firewall?
if so, you will need to open a few ports...

That means you are using the wrong version of Serious Runner. You want Serious Runner SE which is located somewhere on seriously.
