I got a direct tv receiver.
My question is Do I need to purchase I direct tv dish or will another brand work?

I would pour grain alcohol on your TV, and light it..... :D

You can use any brand as long as it's a ku band dish. The bigger the better. You can't use the big c-band dishes. If you would like I can try and find the places I used to buy from when I had my Home Theater business.

Thank you for the offer.
Do to some things in my lease I can not have a dish.
Only on my Balcony.
The downside is the dish has to face to the southwest.
There is a biulding in the way. :cry:

A friend of mine got me a different box.
I get 150 channels now insyead of the 800 that I would have got.

There is a bar on Collins Ave in South Beach that serves grain Alcohol in a slush mix.
It's really good. :P

Have you ever been to a Fat Tuesday's? They have that 151 octane slush drink! 2 of those and your are on your ass. :P

Oh man you gotta hit one some day. The whole bar is frozen slush machines. They have like 20 machines with a different kind in each one. They usually serve bottled beer too. I think there is one in South Beach but I am not sure. I have only been to the one in Key West.
