Um....huh? Hehe...

It's UT2003, but for servers. It's the actual game. It just doesn't have any graphics or sounds...it's made just for running the server game. You can download it for free if you want to run a dedicated server without installing the whole thing.

No...Serious runner is not the game at all. Serious runner is nothing but an interface to allow you to run command line options from a third party program.

This server is the actual game, it's not a program to run anything.
