Does anyone have any idea what this might be in my registry? I actually have a card reader but something tells me that these entries are not for it. :hmmm:

Looks like the reader can be used to for security also.

Slice I did a search of Google for cryptoflex LINK (http://www.cryptoflex.com/) It appears they are a memory card reader manuf.

What's weird is that is not the brand of my reader. Maybe Windows XP has a deal with them and it provides the drivers for the plug and play or something?

i have a recent asus, and it includes pins for all that stuff. I don't use any of them, but it is all there.
You are probably seeing the xp support for that.
