I dont think you need a book. But even with the cheats the last mission is stil beyond impossbile.

But I beat it with luck and stragedy after several attempts.

i like to use the 'babe' magnet, go on top of a building... punch/kick/whack them off the edge and see them go splat, while blowing up police cars, ambulances, fire trucks :P

Is there a PC version of vice city? If there is, i suggest you get the PC version IF you have the very demanding system requirements, because aiming with weapons using the PS2 controller is very hard compared to aiming with a mouse.
