Vote for servers

Hey there everybody. Well...since Slash started his UBERserver, my servers have kinda been pushed to the wayside, which was the case with Sam :), so I thought rather than compete with his UBERness, I thought I'd maybe change my server to a custom mod or something. There are many to choose from, but I'll list the most popular here. What would you like to run on the St.Louis main server? (It's an XP1900+ with 512 RAM, so it's got lotsa horses under the hood)

Ok I voted for instagib deathmatch because i like instagib soo much.

BUT: u can only choose one from the list... I would like to have a bombing run server too :)

Actually, we have three servers. If there is a great desire to have a BR server too, I will start one. Just express freely what you want to play, and Uncle HAMMY's listening :)

What is double domination?


Edit: In each level are two domination points. To score u have to conquer these points by running over them. When u manage to hold them ten seconds your team gets points. After the score is added the domination point changes back to neutral and after another 10 secs u can conquer it again.

Double Domaination is pretty fun, but I've only played it a couple times. There are very few servers running it.

Basically there are 2 control points on the map and 2 teams, red and blue. The object is simple, hold both control points at the same time for ten seconds to score a point. Just touch the marker and the control point belongs to your team. The trick is you have to have both control points at the same time for ten seconds consecutively. If the other team touches the marker the timer is reset. It's pretty fun.

I like the team deathmatch..............nothing like turning a corner and running into 5 members of the opposing team.....make you go poo poo in your pants.

The double domination sounds like a lot of fun.

I vote for whatever the hell we feel like playing that particular night. You can contol it from home right? I say we not dedicate it to anything and each night we can decide what game type we wanna play. Tonight could be BR, tomorrow Team DM, and the next night some kind of instagib.

I have to agree with the machine. There are so many options that it might be more fun to mix them up regularly instead of just always playing the same games the same way.
