A trip down memory lane

Hi everybody. And greetings. from the danish sam-playing family :wave: (tus writing)

I've been wondering in a very long time, if anybody remember, the very old players..?
Because Jackass, and I, just had our 2 year passed with sam, which meens, we've been here pretty much from the beginning. I still remember the time, where a shotgun was impossible to use :unsure:
At the time the demo of the 2.encounter came out(only little trouble 1.05), I met some players, who was allready extremely skilled at that time. For an instans, there was this clan called, 'MoV'.
players like 'MoV_thunder' and 'MoV_Malo'(russian guyes, if i remember, with blue, and golden colours)
they were allways winning with 2-3 deaths(and we were the victims :WTF: )
and then there was ´this special guy called 'Dark Angel', whom i met a bit later, when i had got some skillz, and we just couldn't kill him. If we were lucky we got him 1 or 2 times in a game to 50 fragz. He was only using rockets, and had this uniqe way of playing. He could just dissapear(that was what i saw, at that time. Maybe now, it would look different :shifty: ) but he wasn't cheating, cuz u could easily kill him, if u hit him, by luck :unsure:

can anybody remember?
maybe their'e still in 1.05 idunno, but it sure would be fun if anybody else than us have these memories..

I remember MoV and their annoying key bindings. They also used the cheats in 1.05. I remember back in the demo days before most clans even started of 1.05 playing Darktime (who eventually joined Merc). He would always come in and kick everyones butt. There was also another guy named Electric Banana in Yellow letters who used to roof camp and fire grenades down. I also remember a guy named Bedz who was real good also.

My name in SS2 was Dark Angel before i joined GM, but i dont think it was me because i sucked then! :P

I remember all those guys. Most of their playing styles I can't seem to remember though. But it's been a while. Mov and the key bindings are clear though.

I remember some of the Mov's and their annoying
bindings. I also remember Electric Banana ;)

if I remember correctly MoV thunder = SoV freezer she was a dutch girl MoV Malo = MoV Ma$ter is a dutch guy

Yes those were the tags. I remember most of those guys you mentioned doing the squat and walk cheat. They alos would get so pissed at each other when one of them killed another. LOL

Yeah that was him. He is Dutch
and he did mostly play in his own
server. :thumbs:

I used to play him alot. I havent seen him around for like 7/8 months. But I saw him today :) Played 1 game with him. He said he has been working and studying alot. Dont know if he&#39;s back to play more :unsure:

I can remember Electric banana, Bones, and some of the other folks mentioned, running around and around little trouble thinking how awesome the demo was. To think that people are still playing that level a year and a half later either says that it&#39;s a darn good layout or people are just dumb. :P
