have you done anything different with your system, ie if you play
single player, does it pause or anything like that?
are you able to download large files at a steady speed?
if it is an internet problem you can try complaining to the cable company
that may or may not help, but you want to be sure that you
have potential system problems checked before calling....

just outlaws, gods was fine, and my server is fine. upload and download speeds are fine with iMesh and Kazaa and all my websites load up well... that&#39;s why i wasn&#39;t sure if slash was kidding or if he was serious, cuz its just outlaws server that im getting that lag in... :WTF:

Strider, something is seriously borked with your connection, or with the path to the Outlaws servers. You need to get your ISP involved here. A cable connection should NOT do that. Especially from your location. Damn, you are paying for the service. Get those idiots to figure out what is wrong a fix it&#33;

yea, those bitches at comcast are really startin to piss me off. i get like 220 pings in outlaws servers, dial up wasnt much worse. well it was twice this, but 220 still has that same lag effects and stuff. i dont get it, cuz my upload and download speeds are good. it&#39;s just ssse, when i play that game, it lags like hell... i dont get it. i had a weak signal, so comcast (my provider) came out and tried to fix by wiring a new cable for just my tv and computer, then the cable for the rest of our house on a seperate ccable, so that id get a good signal to my comp. it worked good for a few days, but after those few days its been at that same bs laggy stuff again. im through messin whit it, ill just play ssse wit the lag, doesnt bother me, just a game anyways. as long as i can play it, laggy or not, its ok. but earlier with that lag it was unplayable, which was a bit frustrating. its back to normal now tho, so its all good :)

the numbers should gradually increase.
if you have a spike somewhere, it may indicate a problem with a router
whose problem is questionable, it depends on whose network it is on
a lot of people have complained that they can&#39;t move when coming into the game
so it may be a bigger issue....
