I have spoke with Sephi it&#39;s can&#39;t be him, he is a nice guy I think it&#39;s one of the people in Scorpion clan that have the same ISP because all of them from Spain, Sephi quit the clan today and joined DOA.

Well, he is registered to these forums twice. Once is with that exact IP. The other registration has a slightly different IP, but the same email address (most likely a dynamic connection).

In the alias DB, he is listed with the same IP as the one Slash posted under a couple variations of his "Sephiroth" name. If it&#39;s not him, he would need to have one hell of a good explanation for all that.

Well since we ban IPs and not names, he shouldn&#39;t have a problem getting back in if it isn&#39;t his IP. The IP was taken straight from the log file that Slash has. Even though the alias DB can be off sometimes, the logs are always 100%.

DE freely admitted what he was doing. He used his own name.

Don&#39;t start with the DE thing again. I already said I&#39;d be fine with a warning just because I don&#39;t care and barely anyone plays it anymore. If he does it again, he&#39;ll be gone, but Scorch is gonna talk to him. End of story.

DE was using DOA tags and I frankly don&#39;t care if he only did it that day and he at least admitted.

Now I don&#39;t like banning anyone and for me anyone who uses DOA tags without permission I would rather speak to him or her first in private.

DE was punish and no need to bring that up again because DE has been with us at GM and Seriously forum for a long time now and I don&#39;t want to see him leave and for him to use our tags it is over I have forgothen it but now this new player has ask to play for many teams and must have proof in order to clear his name. I have spoken to Scorch about this and I have said that I would back him up if he comes with an good explaination. Now I have only so much saying but if I can&#39;t have what I need to fight this then I can&#39;t do anything for him.

I have also mention this to my players that as of now I will be checking on all new players to be sure that nothing goes wrong and I have good help that will provide me this information about any new player that joins DOA.

Like I said to scorch before get me the proof and if it is a good one to fight it then I will stand by him but as of what I can see and know, there isn&#39;t anything I can do until I get what I need, that simple.

I don&#39;t like being lied too and to me that is the worse besides anyone breaking any Confidential that is written in a private section. To me anyone who breaks those two rules are not to be trusted again or ever to join DOA.

Right now My guys have been good and have not had a problem until today with this new member.

This new member will have to come up with a good reason for me to bring to the next level and as for what has been done, it is rule and like Salvation said let&#39;s see what happens next. It is his next move to come to me or to explain it here where it will be decided by the DOA & then the Council if necessary.

I spoke with Sephi and he said it&#39;s not him, also GOKU is a player in ss2 over a year. I saw Nano speak about it see screenie.. I trust Nano on that case. Also Sephi don&#39;t know alot English and he can&#39;t explain himself in the forums.

I spoke to him on msn and what he had was a translator from spanish to english. That is how he was able to talk to me and it was painful for me because my spanish is rusty. :rofl:

Anyway I have spoken to him and he will be prepare and play his roll as a DOA member with respect and dedication.

I have spoken to a few members about him and it will be fine to have him stay with us. Also there might have been a mistake but I will not
dispute about this because I still don&#39;t have good proof but it has been taken care of and would hope nothing like this will happen again.

I wanted to apologies to the MERC&#39;s, Sal and to all of the members at GM and would hope that this will not happen again and I will be more careful next time. I finally got the chance to get to know him and I can seriously say that I would very much like to keep him with DOA and at GM.
