I had a lot of work today, so I couldn't answer you before.
Yes it is my server, lately too lagy for me, so I use alias names to play on it.
When I work at home I sometimes observe and sometimes even join, but if there is more than 8 players I'm laging badly. Since I have 768 kbps upload I tried to set server for more players but the game becomes jerky with more then 10 players. This must be a bug in the game because i tried everything. :online2long:
