ARGH!!!!!!!!!

my week schedule.

Monday: 7.00am to 3.30 pm (summer work!!! :bawling: ) and 6.00pm to 8.20pm ice hockey pratices (1h weigh lifting and 1h jumping and running)

Tuesday:7.00am to 3.30 pm (summer work!!! :bawling: ) and 6.00pm to 8.20pm ice hockey pratices (1h weigh lifting and 1h running, fast running)

Wednesday: 7.00am to 3.30 pm (summer work!!! :bawling: ) and 5.00pm to 7pm ice hockey pratices (1h soccer and basketball and 1h permanence training)

Thursday: 7.00am to 3.30 pm (summer work!!! :bawling: ) and 6.00pm to 8.20pm ice hockey pratices (1h weigh lifting and 1h co-ordination training)

Friday: 7.00am to 1.30 pm (summer work!!! :jammin: )
