This is what I am looking for.
A video capture card for survalance (sp)
It has to be able to support 16 cameras at one time.

If anyone knows where I can get such an animal please let me know.

whocares, do you need 16 live feeds at once? or will you be using a switcher to switch?

if you will be streaming 16 live feeds, i am curious to know if you have the kind of system thats can handle it. according to one of my company's i deal with, they sell a 2u rack that has special card that can handle i think 8 (but do not quote me on that) live streams. you can put two cards in there if needed and i think system goes for 6000 bucks.

i am curious to know what you may need this for since i was thinking of putting this into my product line.
