If I start my computer, I will see the desktop and a window is opening :bandhead:
I can read in the window:
on top : Unhanded exception
and below c0000005
and adress 100016b8
how can I solve the problem ????? :hmmm:
Please help me :bawling:

Phobos, have you added any new or done anything different to you PC recently? Added hardware or software? Can you get in in safe mode? Referencing your error in MS knowledge base only pulls up someting about DelFin media viewer...

if all else fails, you should be able to do a repair install of xp if you have an xp disk
whatever you do, don't run the manufacturers disk, it may wipe your system
and reset everything to original condition.

An unhandled exception at bootup is probably caused by a program that is attempting to load on startup. Check what programs are scheduled to start at boot up (not sure how to do this in XP) and make sure nothing out of the ordinary is listed.
