I doubt that it is your computer. I have had some trouble like that with fortress near the RL across from the GL.....haven't had that happen in a while though. If it keeps it up remove serious sam and reinstall it along with the 1.07 patch....be sure and back up any custom maps you have first.

I know the graphic card you have because we talked about it before.

And no you do not need to reinstall the game because that will not do a thing and the problem will still come back again.
