I just downloaded it,

oh boy this file is damned big over 2 gb in .zip format!!

but the question is shall i install it or not?

I have never heard of such an operating system.

Windows Net? Do you perhaps mean Windows NT?

Windows.NET = next Windows operating system.

It's currently out of it's beta testing and into Release Candidate status. RC1 get released a month or so ago, and they've released a few newer internal builds since then. RC2 is due within a month I think.

It is called Dot Net, we have a beta copy that we have been evaluating and you do not want to try to play any games on it.
