Ok folks. I just read about 20 threads mostly in the Off-Topic forums and let me tell you, I was disgusted. You're probably thinking I mean the content or spamming, but I've moved past that stuff.

No, what I'm talking about is spelling and grammar. Now because I like each one of you and because I don't want you to have to work at Mickey D's for the rest of your lives :P , here is a link to the best website some of you will ever see. It's called Spellcheck.net (http://www.spellcheck.net/).

For the computer challenged, simply copy your text from the post you are about to post (or even one you already posted) and paste it into the "Body of text to spell check: (Up to 5000 characters)" area. Then hit the SpellCheck Text button and for the love of God, pay attention to what it finds.

Whew. I'm glad I got that off my chest. I'll be looking forward to some really nicely organized sentences and fewer spelling errors the next time have a look around. :oooo:

Sometimes it's downright impossible to decode. I can understand your point about other languages, but if I were going to take a job in Japan, I would think it would be common curtesy to learn the language and at least make an attempt to speak it accurately. Heck, you don't even have to worry about accents on here. :P

what if you were viewing a japanese website for a game that you loved?
Say that you can mostly understand what is being written,
but your own writing skills are not ideal and do not get practiced on a daily basis.

I guess he is talking about everyone else but me, cause I almost never post with out checking what I&#39;ve wrote. I always like to keep what I type clean and in good form for easy reading. I understand Death&#39;s point and where he is coming from on this, cause I see alot of people who post really sloppy and it makes it hard to read. I know some can&#39;t help it but some of us do it on purpose for a laugh or two to be cool and thats fine. Hey Death I too would like to see more people using proper grammer and spelling.

Actually I make sure I put an effort towards grammar and spelling in my posts because even though these are just forums, people will form opinions about you just from the way you type whether you like it or not. I can&#39;t imagine companies communicating with me or getting the hosting customers I have if all my posts were barely legible.

I think my avatar is a nice size, as for my sig its just links to my skins cause alot of people here at GM never know that my skins are on GM for download or where to get them. Thats why I keep a link to each one that is posted so far. Although once it gets bigger I&#39;m going to just post a link to the page to download. IMO I will do anything for GM if Sal or Lev think my avatar or sig is too large I would change the size cause its not as important as being here and talking with the GM community.
