I can't seem to get into my Hotmail account but it works just fine on other computers... any thoughts?

Also is there anything I can do to improve my connection speed I have Dial-up :bandhead:

Check your cookies and do you have any firewalls, pop up blockers? Sounds like something on your puter is not allowing or blocking you access to hotmail.

The help for dial up, yea, get cable modem. :P

I have PC-Cillin 2002 Running a firewall, and no pop-up blockers as of yet.

I live in the country so Cable is COMPLETELY out of the question and I cnat afford the hardware for DSL :hmmm:

Lot's of companies give you the dsl modem when you get service from them. If you don't have a nic card you can pick one up for $10 or less.

Um DSL runs on your exsisting phone line. Who is your phone company?

There is a distance limitation on DSL. He make not be able to get it. Has to check with his phone company. I live in the DFW area and my house is just beyond the distance maxes for DSL. At least it was the last time I checked. I'm happy with my cable setup and haven't checked in quite awhile.

Try diabling your firewall and then try logging in. What browser you use? Have you tried another one?

He is way out in the boonies Slice, he can&#39;t get broadband service out thar.

What version of IW are you running? Make sure you have all of the latest security patches and updates from Windows Update.
