There are so many I couldn't pick just one, but the first one to come to my head is the monorail episode.

Same here, it was great when Homer tried to stop the monorail and imagined Bart as an anchor! :rofl:

The one I'll always remember was when Bart put Homers beer in the paint-shaker and there was this giant mushroom cloud over town...OMG !! :thumbs: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
