The forums are back up now and fully upgraded. The frustrating thing is the problems were still happening after I uploaded all the new code. So I had to track down the problem line by line in the code itself. It turns out that there was a loop that wasn't executing properly for netscape users. I went ahead and just deleted it and everything is working fine.

Considering that 98% of our users use IE I doubt any of you care. As if this hurts the 2% of you on nutscrape, lemme know.

Let me know if you guys come across any problems now.

Admins - There are a couple of pages in the admin section that are running very slow. I'll look into those later. They run, they're just slow.

yeh i found out a lot of bad things happened for netscape ccuz i couldnt access my e-mail and i couldnt access the filemanager at netscape

Glad to hear they are going again. Just a few questions, I see there is no chat link anymore. Is that gone for good, or you lose it when ungrading? Same thing with the stats.

no im not a netscape user im a ie user i jus use the netscape website for e-mail and for free webspace :P

I should be able to put the chat back up but I am not sure about stats. I think they made posting very slow. And Grimmy, you will have those scripts I promised tonight.

Ok, thanks Sal. I think there is a mod for the stats, to make them a little faster. I will look and let you know. Maybe just a few stats. I liked the weekly post and monthy one too. Just don't use the smilies, think that would really slow things done, for there are tons of them here.
