Check this crap out. I got this on an NT system at work when trying to open IE.

Have you installed anything new lately? Could have regressed that DLL. If you have, try uninstalling it. Here's hoping for ya'. :drink:

Nothing new installed in the last week or two. Had to upgrade to IE 6 and it works fine now. :WTF: Microsoft. :loser:
