I just saw UT2K3 at EB for 20 smackers, not bad if you ask me, of course its used, but who cares its a good game, i'm hoping to pick it up soon, get used to it, and play in the UT tourney! :thumbs:

:hmmm: um, you can pick it up at wal-mart for $30. I know the $10 is prolly a big deal
for you, but i would think it better than the hassle of ebay with the possibility of
a non-working (ie used by others) cd-key.

Jim has a point since UT's latest patch doesen't require the cd to play all someone has to do is install the game with cd key load the patch and he's set, he can trade the game into Eb games or what have you. Which that means there is a high possibility that the cd key is used. Personially I find it wrong but hey this is what people do to save a buck. Although $20 seems good its at your risk, hey the original owner could have just not liked the game and returned it. I bought one of my 3 copys of Ut2k3 used for 15 at Ebgames the first week it came out. I knew then that it wasen't possible to play the game without the cd. I would say use your best judgement, I know if I was there I would buy it just cause its a nice deal and for nothing else.
