PS2 - Maximo

What a fun little game. Pretty tough later in the game though. Anyone play this?

It's CV meets a cartoon. Very fun game. And yes, it is based off of the Ghosts and Goblins world.

All I heard about Maximo was it was HARD. If I remember correctly, didn't you have to spend collected coins to purchase save points? That sounds almost inane.

you guessed correctly.. it does suck haveing to buy save points.. but i like hacking away at skeletons!

I found the final boss wasn&#39;t nearly as difficult as the final level. The level was a bear...
The boss fight is tricky though, because the screen will go dark and all you can see are the eyes of the boss, as it runs all over the place. But not too bad at all.
