LOL! I thought this was a joke when I read it, but the damn thing actually does have vacuum tubes. Am I the only one who finds this hilarious? Have we come full circle now? :D

Vacuum tube produced audio is far better than solid state transistor produced audio. they quit using the vacuum tubes because they were more costly, larger, and produced more heat. Bring on the tubes baby!

Havn't we reached a point where the human ear can't distinguish the difference in fidelity anyway? I suppose you can hear a dog whistle, right Machine? :D

Tube amps just have a different sound altogether than a chip amp. Pops has got some tubes here that are valued close to $500 that fit his antique radios. I wish we would have had time to show you all his collection when you all were here. I've got to get busy Ebaying all of it because of his health problems. He's the only one among us that knows what all this stuff is worth.
