What can anyone reccommend for a good set of headphones that I can use at LAN parties and such. :hmmm:

Koss or Sony :thumbs: the old ear muff style also. Drowns out the sounds around you better.

Sony MDR-V600... you can find them for 60-70 bucks online or 100 at circuit city... they're noise cancelling (blocks out sounds of the room around you) and they have great quality... I have them and absolutely love them...I actually gave up my speakers at home and now use only the headphones

69.95 is the lowest i found them, but if possible i want to find a pair with their own volume control.

I gave up my speakers for my headphones too.

My sony headphones plug in to the speaker on the right side and I use the volume control on the speaker to control the volume.

bought at CompUSA for around 30 bucks
they have volume control on the cord
They're a little tight on my FAT head, otherwise they are very nice.

Thanks guys but i was at Meijers today and saw the aforemetnioned headphones so I picked them up with UT GOTY deition and a 64 meg flash drive for school :cool:

Obviously today was payday :wootrock: :jammin:
