is it possible to sue some of these companies that use those popup ads or spam your e-mail account. the reason is this stuff does nothing but cause problems. they do not have permission to do it yet it cloggs up everything including the internet. my point is if they don't have permission to send popups or there ads come in through a point isnt that a form of hacking?

now if i was to start sending messages to some corporate offices and make popups occur on there office machines, i think i would be arrested. why should they not have to pay the same penalty?

i am going to try it and take the next popup to small claims court just to see what happends. i think all spam and popups should be against the law.

i figure i have nothing to lose but 35 dollars and if i succeed, i will sue everyone of them and just stay home and wait for the next add to come up.

i have a seperate email (yahoo) that i'll use for all that iffy stuff like contests and shiz, last time i checked it had like 300 junk mails in it. :wacko:

i hope you do sue them. if you win, ask them after if they want to buy any penis enlagement cream or home insurance :rofl:

I don't really think you can do anything about it except use a pop-up stopper. Making a law won't work because it is an international issue. It's like when the US government tried to censor the internet. Yeah right. :rolleyes:
