I'm going to try to let you guys catch up. Slash and I are going to be helping out whenever possible to level some of you and I might even start doing some quests to see what kind of items I get. Hopefully we can get DE to help as well. ;)

I'm willing to help. Lets get all the peeps up to lvl 20 and from then on out, we should be able to group together. A 5 level diference in the 20's is much different than a 5 level difference in the teens. And 5 levels in the 30's and 40's is practically nothing. Lets see if we can stick to a 5 level spread.

what is power leveling, how do you do it and what does it do to the other players??

Power leveling is when you group with another character that is a lot higher level then you are. You basically let the higher level player kill high level enemies so the lower level player gets good points.
