[Strider]

i'm having this problem.... whenever i try to play serious sam... it stops at 100% precaching when loading a single player or network game... also i try to go into the player files to change settings, but then it freezes and i get this window... i've tried just about everything... but any new ideas i'd greatly welcome and apreciate... someone help me if you think you can. thanks.

reload the video drivers, i know you are not technical, so there
isn't much else to suggest that wouldn't scare you...
