Run some trace routes to see where the latency is occurring. 66.54.130.212 is gamemecca houston if that was were you were playing.

go to a command prompt and type "tracert 66.54.130.212

You should be able to see the hops with the longest time next to them. I had this problem a while back and it was a bad router in Dallas that was screwing me.

That happened to me for three days straight when I had RR. All the SS server pings were 450+ for me. No one else seemed to be having any problems at the time. It sucked.

Yikes that is ugly. It looks like you have problems from hop 13 on- they shouldn't be higher than 80ms really. Try this early in the morning to see how it looks. I only had one bad hop that was fixed within a week or so- but this looks like a much bigger problem. Hammy, might have some insight as well being more of a network engineer than me.

maybe try a program called visual trace route. I think I still have it here, it is pretty good, and it gives ya a map too!
