Do we have a date yet?

just woundering,need to make plans from work.

I know that Oct is a ways away yet, but then again closer then ya think. A lot of people seem to have things going in Oct. as well too, so a date that would work for everyone would be pretty tough. I doubt that I would be able to make an Oct. date, time wise off from work, and the costs to get there and back. Maybe next spring some time would work a little better, that way everyone can plan for that weekend, well in advance.

Just my 2 cents. Will have to play it by ear I guess. :unsure:

Yah,know what you mean Grimmy. Me and Goober was going to split the coast for the trip. 2 makes it a little more easier as far as money goses. And as for work i can just trade my off days but need to know when. Me and Goobe also have a BIG LAN to go to in DEC. Luckly its wright here in our home town,LOL.

Well if we are going to have the lan in October.. I will need to know everyone who will be able to come. Seems like November and December are bad months. If we cannot make the October date.. it will have to wait until the spring. I don't want everyone driving up in Michigan winters.

Spring is best for me. . . .

Holidays and trips I will be having and just can't do it for any of the months.

Spring is fine and that will give everyone a chance to make plans and make it.

I dont think we'd be able to make it this fall :unsure: I wasnt thinking about my oldest in school now. My mother in law got a few new grey hairs when she watched the kids for the last lan. I dont think I could ask her to get him off to school and home (plus be responsible for his homework etc) AND take care of everything. :bandhead:

I think I could only go away during school vacations. :unsure:

We also have the expense of the three kids b-days (party and gifts) in October. The kids yearly and Christmas photos, that cost an arm and a leg, the same month, then the X-mas expense right around the corner from that. I think another vacation this year would be too much for us :bawling:

Spring is the smart play DL. We should do it the weekend of Sun Mar 28.....that way I can swing through Chicago on my way back and catch the Blues-Hawks game...... :cool:
