I found this over at the Beyond Unreal forums. Hal,one of the admins at BU has a thread going about this cheat.They also mention the invisiblility hack.

The people who use these cheats are truly pathetic! :mad:

you cant do something against it right now as a player...server admins can install AntiTCC or the No InVisMut from >>>Wormbos Homepage<<< (http://www.koehler-homepage.de/Wormbo/). AntiTCC includes UTsecure and has many more checks against cheaters...if you dont like it you can just install the NoInVisMut to get rid of invisible players or this flöating body hack

(the DWF server runs the latest version of AntiTCC ;) )
