wrong CRC check

I have had this problem before. Whenever I joined a game in Fortress I got an error that said I had the wrong CRC check. Well, with perfect timing for the match, I had the same problem for little trouble last night. Thinking it might be temporary, I tried again just now and still wrong CRC. Do I have to reinstall again? :(

I am getting so frustrated with internet connection problems. My pc also automatically shutdown last night. Then when I turned it back on, the internet, (IE), didn't work. Then at school today, the computer I get to share with Phoenix had problems too. I hate Digital Imaging.

BTW.. I want to apologize again guys for the LT trouble with the tournament. :(

yeah, it's the see through walls hack that you guys use.
try drilling a hole through your harddrive, and then reinstalling

Try running the 1.07 patch again, should fix it. :cool:

It can mean, that you changed some of the files, which are core to ss2. (like levels, entities)
