I can show you were that lady is at in the lake. Did you see the lake with 2 islands in it that are connected with a little bridge. She is on the north side of the south western island. She might not appear to you unless you have done all your quests in your epic series up to that point. She is only there from something like 9:00pm to 6:00 am game time.
