Hey, I sent e-mail to PlayGround.ru (SeriousSam.ru), that they should move their servers to version 1.07. I tested the version 1.05 yesterday, the server was GREAT, but the players... all campers and spammers.
We Europeans need good European dedicated fragmatch servers.
This could be it.
My ping was 130 there, in Jerclan it's about 300.
So I'm asking, can u do the same and send e-mail to PlayGround.ru ??

I hope we'll get European servers soon.

Kewl, more servers.

Also, I found a site off of UT03 that will run a server for it, that is if I read everything correctly. Try this site if you are interested:

Not sure how much it costs, but if it isn't much, would be worth it. I thought they were a clan like GM, that is why I went there, but they are more then that, like an ISP or something.

Thats probably cause your closer to that server than to Texas.

yes it is
when chan or bonecollector joins my server (both live not more then 5 min away) they have a ping of like 150
when someone from america joins my server the will have a ping of 350 or something

Be that as it may it is not necessarily a matter of geographical location. It has do with number of hops, quality of lines etc. I will be playing from home on the JERCLAN servers which are five miles from my house and people from across the country will have faster pings than me. It is just not as cut and dried as you might think.

Sometimes I get pings to Slash's server that are better than people who live closer.

More often though, I suffer from to many damn hops, and lag like crap.

it would be cool if the mysterious 1.05 europeans updated to the 1.07... there are so many of them, it would really make playing the game more interesting :)

serious.ru (playground) is a great server i have great pings on it (100+)

i hope it comes onto 1.07

and also FIGONA SUPER FAST that's good server (when the figona clan isn't on ;))

lol, the figona clan uses ever cheat in the game, from the crouching in the air while running thing, to the swimming cheat, it's a way of life for them, LOL

ss.ru is a good server.

figona are asses they banned they say that if i shoot my shots are more effictive LMAO.

if we get the .ru server, from what i've seen we'll have 30+ more players to frag with :mrgreen:
