Maintenance moved up

I will be upgrading the forums tonight rather than tomorrow. I need more time to implement everything I want so since I have the free time tonight, I figured I'd move it up. So if you see weird errors tonight don't worry.

Just so you know, after we upgrade only 1 skin will be available. More will come soon but our current ones are not compatible with the new version.
