Does anyone know why the US East Realm is always friggin crashin?

I was playing and was just entering act 4 when I got booted cuz the realm went down.

My char on Europe sux so bad I dont wanna play.

just add *blackiron or Blackiron and ill help you with alot of stuff,lol, ask for it and i can either get it or do it
